After you've delivered your proposal requests - the system will send out automated reminders at selected intervals before the due date.
If you've populated the close date for the proposal response - the system will send out reminder emails at configurable checkpoints prior to the close date (e.g. 1 week prior, 3 days prior and 1 day prior). Once the due date passes, and a carrier has not responded - we notify them that the response window has now closed. All of these reminders occur automatically, so you never have to bother with followup again.
